What customers say?

“ We stopped here for a quick bite on our way home from a reunion. It wasn’t quick; we spent two hours here, but that’s on us. We were having a great time and didn’t even notice the time going by, honestly. The food was awesome. I ate the Shrimp Tom Yum Raman (hot) and it was awesome. Very filling, very tasty, and cooked well. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals and my very picky toddlers each ate 6 “dumplings” (pork gyoza) and some steamed noodles. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Funny signs in the bathroom made their point while also making laugh. Someone brought their stroller in and that made it a tight squeeze past the other tables (think hallway style with tables against one wall). It’s definitely not big enough for that, so if you bring in your stroller, at least move it out of the isle when people walk by. There were 6 of us (two toddlers) and we spent $137 before tip, which is not unusual for us. To put it into perspective, we went to Chick-Fil-A for lunch and that was almost $60 for a drive through… There was also a sign on the wall that said 6 or more people and the tip would automatically be included, but that wasn’t the case when we got the check. I’m glad I double checked the math or else I wouldn’t have tipped. Over all, it was $165 after a 20% tip, which was more than I was anticipating, but not outrageously so. Overall, we’re likely to go back when we’re in town. ”

“ Best Thai in town! Every time I go, I try a new dish and it’s always amazing. The food is always good, the restaurant is always clean and hands down the best service. The owner usually waits on us and she’s always very friendly, remembers our order from previous visits and accommodates any dietary restrictions. Eve is just the best! ”

“ I had an amazing meal at Yummy Rice Thai in Port Orange! I ordered the Pad Woon Sen with fried tofu, and it was perfect from the first bite. The glass noodles were cooked just right—light, springy, and full of flavor. The vegetables were fresh and vibrant, and the fried tofu had that ideal crisp on the outside while staying soft on the inside. Everything tasted incredibly balanced, not too salty and not too sweet, just authentic Thai flavor done really well. The portion was generous, the service was friendly, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming vibe. If you’re in Port Orange and craving Thai food, this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back! ”

“ Went here for the first time yesterday and the food was incredible. I have eaten at a few Thai restaurants but this one was better than the rest. The service was incredible from the wonderful waitress. The Tom Kha soup was fantastic as well as their Beef Bulgogi and I like eating really spicy and their spice levels were definitely up there and are completely customizable to your liking. Highly recommend this spot!! ”

“ I was on the hunt for good fried rice and stumbled upon this Thai restaurant. I'm so happy I gave it a try! I can honestly say I've found my new favorite place in the area for both fried rice and wonton soup—both were exceptionally good. Beyond the delicious food, the restaurant itself is a gem. While it's a small space, it is impeccably clean, well-organized, and has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. The staff was another highlight; everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. I highly recommend this spot and am thrilled to have found it. ”

“ This place has amazing food!!! If you have taste buds, you will love this place. :) We have made it a point to go to all the Japanese, Korean, Thai and other Asian restaurants and this one is on the top of our list. We randomly tried it after we left a Noodle restaurant extremely dissatisfied and hungry. The outside doesn't look like much but the food and the service is 100% that. Now we come once ot twice a week. Beef bulgogi and Red shrimp curry. I've been trying a few other dishes and they are absolutely delicious as well. This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. I hope they never leave. ”

“ Walked into this little Thai place without much expectation but was happily surprised. The reason I gave 4 stars for the food was because the pork belly buns were a bit cold... hope next time will be better. Second visit... food was very good. ”

“ Terrific food and service! We like to find places that take the time to make dishes excellent and Yummy Rice does! We had the Pad Prik Khing, Green Curry, and Drunken Noodle and each dish was excellent! ”
